Stella Rossa Design&Build is taking responsibility for delivering the design, scheduling and supervising the works with the site team. On a regular basis we share meeting notes, progress updates and pictures to keep the client in full control of the project.

As the construction draws to finish, we make sure everything is completed to your satisfaction. We put together all necessary certificates such as gas, electricity and building control completion along with warranties for glazing, boiler etc. At the final meeting, we will hand you these documents – you can contact us any time after, if you want us to look at something.
